Job description


The functionality tester will be in charge of testing the client’s products (video games) on all kinds of platforms (consoles, online games, social networks) by executing test cases. The bugs found will have to be reported in a database and entered in the test suite.


Main responsibilities


·         Test the products by following the test suite;

·         Execute test cases;

·         Report bugs in the database;

·         Follow up on them


Requirements


·         At least one year of experience as a video game tester, a must

·         Written and spoken English skills

·         Experience with console and/or PC game testing

·         Communicates efficiently, works well in a team, demonstrates strong analytical skills

·         Detail oriented

·         Knowledge of bug tracking software such as Jira, Test Track Pro and/or Devtrack, a plus

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for hiring, training, monitoring, and administering the job duties for QA hourly personnel. Quality Analyst
 
This critical role is responsible for: facilitation and coordination of quality improvement initiatives; performing quality audits; maintaining process and quality related documents/templates/metrics; coordinating QA cross-divisional activities including documentation control, software release candidates, and final releases; and providing overall quality support and consultation to the software, hardware and systems development teams within the Product Development Division.
